Dinner With Spaghetti Squash

Are you lovers of Squash? If you like to Squash you need to know about the recipe that I will serve this recipe gives it a characteristic color and scent combinations of spaghetti and Squash, very happy if any vegetables that adorn the top of the food to be served at dinner later on.

Dinner with spaghetti Squash

1 small Spaghetti squash, about 7 inches long
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 14.5 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 cup marinara sauce (homemade or your favorite brand)
⅓ cup green olives with pimientos, chopped coarsely
2 tablespoons capers, drained
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon palm sugar * (or whichever type you like)
Pinch of red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

How to Cook

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut squash in half lengthwise. Place the meat in the Pan and fruit on the side down, add ¼ Inch water, and cover tightly with foil. Bake for one hour or until incoming prong Squash easily. Sauté garlic in 2 tablespoons oil in a small skillet. Cook for 1 minute on medium heat, stirring constantly to make sure stay evenly. Add the canned tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add marinara sauce, capers, olive oil, sugar, salt and red pepper flakes. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat until jell. Reduce heat and cover.

Remove the pumpkin from the oven. In order to evaporate and cooler. Use a large spoon to move the Pumpkin flesh of the fruit. Place a spoonful of Squash to dish, with sauce and sprinkle with cheese in Italy.
