Healthy Kale Salad in Winter
Healthy food is synonymous with vegetable, this time there will be a recipe using one of the salad vegetables are much preferred by children. Vegetables are often used to garnish meat grilled or fried chicken.
Full Green, seen from a distance and looks healthy and fresh looking forward to enjoying it, the salad is a vegetable which many have encountered in various countries, this vegetable is also cheap and nutritious meals for our bodies!

Kale Salad in Winter

4 cups chopped fresh kale, stems removed
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 small bulb fennel, sliced very thin
1 small red pepper, diced
1/2 cup red onion, minced
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
juice of one lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (or other vinegar)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Provide a large bowl and mix the kale, cranberry, fennel, red pepper and red onion. Add Brown rice, while still warm. Try cooking vegetables with vitamin and nutrition to briefly contain is not lost and also kept an eye on texture of salads. Add the almonds to the salad and toss well.

Lidded jar, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, zaitun, onion, mustard and last. Shake well and pour over salad. Stir with a flat to mix with the good. If it is all ready to be served with a side dish of 8 and 4 snacks.
