Sugar & Gluten Free with Red Velvet Cupcakes

Intrigued by small cake flavor and has an adorable white hat above but still interesting to input into my mouth, cold and slightly sticky but still sweet and delicious.

Cake with sweet and fresh taste of some ingredients say yummy cookies that contain a lot of fiber for the body , coconut juice and cream is very delicious when mixed and made into cakes for deliciously together , even this cake would make a great gift for a loved one and for the Valentine !

Sugar & Gluten Free with Red Velvet Cupcakes

1 cup finely grated purple beets
1 cup stevia baking blend
2 chia or flax eggs ( 2 Tbls ground chia or flax mixed with 6 Tbls hot water )
1 cup non-dairy milk + 1 Tbls cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups of buckwheat flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until the dough feels smooth. And pour into 12 or the muffin cups that have been in the oil rub. Bake at 375F for 16 minutes. Wait until cold entirely, if it is then remove from pan.

Coconut frosting

1/2 cup coconut butter, softened
1/2 cup non -dairy cream cheese
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 cup finely grated, unsweetened coconut
2 large scoops of vanilla protein powder (70g)
1 tsp vanilla or coconut extract
1 tsp guar gum
Mix all the ingredients in one place frosting in a food processor. If it is mixed to taste and put all take on any cupcakes. Keep cupcakes in Hermetic container for 3 days. Prescription above you can found The Gluten - Free Vegetarian Mamma.
