How Can We Protect Endurance Body

Healthy body is a body is in want of people including your eraser. to stay healthy , eat our activities remains smooth and shooting went well without any sense of fear , imagine if our immune system is not properly maintained can be fatal if not concentrate and did not work smoothly .
Endurance is something that is keeping us from various diseases that enter our bodies through many avenues example Nostrils, mouth, and so forth. So, how do I keep our immune system?

First, regular breaks, a simple way that is easy to do, in a healthy body there is a quiet mind.

Secondly, think positive to all the things that happened so the immune system will remain intact.

Third, exercise regularly; Try to do physical exercise regularly in order to maintain the condition of the body and staying in shape.

Fourth, make sure eat foods that clean and hygienic or already in the wash with warm water or food that is thoroughly cooked and seminar.

Fifth, Eat regularly with a reasonable portion if you do not go overboard with excessive eating will have disastrous diseases associated with overweight or obesity.

Sixth, Need for Vitamin D because vitamin D serves to increase the immune cells to ward off viruses and bacteria. Vitamin D can be found in the sun in the morning, eggs, liver and fish.

Hopefully health always accompanies our daily lives and we are not easily affected by the disease.
