Many bean soup recipes uses the Smokey ham hock to get a thick Smokey flavor, giving new variations such as vegetarian peppers and liquid smoke to get a taste of smokiness. How to quickly create truroots plants using organic beans can be found at Costco, and do not need soaking.
You can also use dried beans that have been soaked or some cans of beans if you have it.

1 onion, diced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 zucchini, diced
.5 Tsp. smoked paprika
.5 Tsp. salt

1 28oz can diced tomatoes, with juice
2-3 bay leaves
1 liter low sodium vegetable stock
4 cups water
Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Cook
Pour oil into a large pan over medium heat and give it to cook. Adding onions and wait a few minutes. Then, add the garlic + Zucchini + Paprika + liquid smoke and salt for 5 minutes to cook better stir in the beans, tomatoes and bay leaves and water. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and wait for about 20 minutes.
Use your hands to smooth some nuts and vegetables until it looks smooth. Thick hearty soup that is ready to be enjoyed, can be enjoyed immediately or input into the fridge so that seemed cool.
