⅓ cup green olives with pimientos, chopped coarsely
2 tablespoons capers, drained
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon palm sugar * (or whichever type you like)
Pinch of red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

How to Cook

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut squash in half lengthwise. Place the meat in the Pan and fruit on the side down, add ¼ Inch water, and cover tightly with foil. Gingerbread Cookies Spheric

1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups of buckwheat flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until the dough feels smooth. And pour into 12 or the muffin cups that have been in the oil rub. Bake at 375F for 16 minutes. Wait until cold entirely, if it is then remove from pan.

Coconut frosting

1/2 cup coconut butter, softened
1/2 cup non -dairy cream cheese
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 cup finely grated, unsweetened coconut
2 large scoops of vanilla protein powder (70g)
1 tsp vanilla or coconut extract
1 tsp guar gum

New Year's Eve with Honey Cake

Lovely early fall to start the day and hopefully we stay awake from the bad things. Family favorite season. This cake is very tasty at all if at the time of each New Year's Eve and with a large family talked and laughed together. Throughout the New Year's Eve and tomorrow waits. 

I probably like a lot of healthy foods, favorite foods such as oatmeal, beans and brown rice. Foods that give a sweet flavor will give me a nice atmosphere I also like to mix honey with cocoa powder and food into something for my personal enjoyment.

Hair all families have their own recipes with certain things that make it unique and different from other families. Raisins, apples, nuts, coffee, orange peel, mango, etc. but by combining a few simple ingredients to make the recipes more delicious and tasty.

New Year's Eve with Honey Cake

28 oz. jar of apple sauce
2 eggs
1 cup honey
1 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2.5 cups whole grain spelled, whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
Glaze
2 Tbls coconut butter
1/3 cup honey

How to cook

Whisk applesauce, eggs, honey, vanilla, and sugar in a large bowl. Sift dry ingredients and gently fold into the wet. Friction banner and shape the dough into a large sphere such as the temperature and bake at 375F for 55 minutes. Cover with foil after 25 minutes to prevent too brown. Let stand for a moment to cool completely and then remove the pan from the grill.

For glaze, melt the butter and honey together over low heat. Apply on the cake. Store in an airtight container during 3-4 days. That freezes well. Puree bananas in a food processor. Add sweetener, eggs, cocoa and vanilla and blend until fairly smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except cranberries, and push it until it joins together. Stir with a cranberry puree with a hand.

Apply a coating pan with a little margarine, and shape the dough with a large spoon. Bake about 350F for 10 minutes. If it is finished in baked. Wait for it to cool before you remove it from the grill. Makes 30 cookies. Require air tight container in order to hold until 1 week or frozen.

Butternut Squash and Kale Salad With Spiced Pecans and Cranberry Vinagrette

Healthy food is food that benefit our bodies. food with lots of vegetables such as salad vegetables and several fruits to accompany the evening when you meet your friends while dinner. there is a kale salad with turkey and tempeh bacon. but to provide an additional type of kale or squash combo. Incidentally, a new recipe on Eats Well With Others, a food blog that is already well known. recipe inspired me to make one pot / food bowl combine vegetables and creative flavors in it. 

Recipes are modified or add the recipe to make it better and tasted delicious to enjoy in addition to the recipe is dried cranberries + salt masala to spice pecans, cumin seeds, and powdered erythritol instead of sugar to sweeten them with some additional material make healthy food and can be a bigger celebration dinner party. 
1 butternut squash, seeded and cut into 1-inch dice
Salt and black pepper, to taste

10 cups baby kale leaves

1 cup whole pecans
2 tbsp powdered Stevie, erythritol or xylitol
1/4 tsp salt masala
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
 
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp powdered erythritol or other sweetener
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
salt, to taste 

How to Cook 

Preheat oven 400F then stir and add the pumpkin pieces salt and pepper. Bake on a baking sheet lined neatly TGG for 30 minutes or until tender. after the software allow to cool until the temperature drops in a large bowl. in a small bowl, mix pecans with sweeteners, spices, seeds, water and salt. and Spread out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool. 
For the vinaigrette, cranberry puree, mustard, vinegar, and sweetener in a food processor or blender. add the olive oil and salt to taste. include kale, roasted pumpkin, pecans, and sauce in a large bowl. Ready to Serve delicious over a large bowl. Um ...

1 lb snap peas, trimmed and cut
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
2 Tbls homemade or store bought basil pesto
2 Tbls white wine vinegar

Healthy Caribbean Red Bean Soup

 

Soup recipes inspired by fresh vegetarian soup in Toronto area. This version is the version that is probably better than ever. Things that will make eating more lively family. Foods such as whole wheat bagel or roll, and can be used as a complete dinner served to the role of grain and fresh green salad. That can be easily frozen.
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper and 1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 large or 2 small carrots, diced
2 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
2-4 cloves garlic (to taste)
2 tbsp. curry powder good quality
½ tsp. ground allspice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 can light coconut milk (14 fl oz)
1 large can diced tomatoes, with juice (28 fl oz)
5-6 sweet potatoes (about 6 lbs), peeled and cut into eighths
4 cups vegetable stock (use a good quality brand in tetra pack organic if possible)
Hot sauce (to taste)
1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed (19 fl oz)
Juice of 1 lime 
How to Cook 
Pour the oil into a large pot on the fire and sauteed peppers, onions and carrots until tender. Time spent approximately 7 to 8 minutes. Add ginger + garlic powder + times + salt and pepper seta stir for 2 minutes continuously. After all is finished add the vegetable broth and hot sauce. Lower the heat and cover the pan to let it boil for 30 minutes until the sweet potato becomes mature. Take a potato and parsnip puree to the soup for the last add the beans simmer for 30 minutes. Smokey Black Bean Soup with Vegetarian Style

Smokey Black Bean Soup 
Warm and winter, the perfect moment to enjoy soup.

1 tsp. olive oil
1 onion, diced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 zucchini, diced
.5 Tsp. smoked paprika

A few drops of liquid smoke, to taste
2 cups sprouted bean mix (or 4 cups cooked or canned beans)
1 28oz can diced tomatoes, with juice
2-3 bay leaves
1 liter low sodium vegetable stock
4 cups water
Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Cook
Pour oil into a large pan over medium heat and give it to cook. Adding onions and wait a few minutes. Then, add the garlic + Zucchini + Paprika + liquid smoke and salt for 5 minutes to cook better stir in the beans, tomatoes and bay leaves and water. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and wait for about 20 minutes.
Use your hands to smooth some nuts and vegetables until it looks smooth. Thick hearty soup that is ready to be enjoyed, can be enjoyed immediately or input into the fridge so that seemed cool.
